HELP ME!!!!

Ok before I start....Long story short...I have been talking to this guy from Germany for 7 months now and the other day we video chatted for the first time. It was only for 3 minutes because his internet was being stupid XD but we want to do it again and I need help....We know almost everything about each other so I don't know hat we could talk about....

I asked him how he was doing and all that stuff and said hi and we talked about the weather but it was silent after that and I'm not good at conversating with people..... please someone help me figure out some things to talk about....and not awkward things...like some way to keep the conversation going and just interesting tings but not something weird...please >.< I really need the help...thank you guys!!
